Salesforce.com (NYSE: CRM), the market and technology leader in on-demand business services, today announced that it has received ISM Top 15 CRM Software Awards in both the "Enterprise" and "Small and Medium Business" solutions categories. ISM Inc., a strategic advisory service for CRM initiatives, bestowed these honors on salesforce.com for their ability to bring the power of Web 2.0 to their customers by incorporating user collaboration, search engine marketing functionality and the ability to access Salesforce data with mobile devices. The Top 15 are divided into two categories -- Enterprise and Small and Medium Business (SMB) -- to reflect the changes and growth of the CRM marketplace.

"Salesforce.com has democratized business software by being the only company that delivers a world-class CRM solution to small, medium and large businesses," said Marc Benioff, Chairman and CEO of salesforce.com. "

For ISM to recognize salesforce.com in both the SMB and Enterprise categories is a testament that salesforce.com delivers a best in class application to businesses of any size, and reinforces our position as the market leader in on-demand."

Salesforce.com's on-demand CRM application is trusted by enterprise leaders Sprint Nextel, Kaiser Permanente and Aon Corporation, as well as small and medium sized businesses like Jordan Lawrence, Pearson Packaging Systems and Dreambuilder Investments.

"The Top 15 CRM Awards, which serve as the standard for comprehensive CRM software, have evolved since 1990 -- when ISM began the Awards -- to be the industry benchmark," said Barton Goldenberg, founder and president of ISM. "The Top 15 winners represent the best and most comprehensive CRM software, serving internal and external customers with features ranging from predictive modeling to Web 2.0 to access to handheld/wireless devices."

Salesforce.com was chosen after intensive testing by the ISM Software Lab at its Bethesda, Md.-based headquarters. Each package was rated according to 217 selection criteria, including 103 business functions, 52 technical features, 36 implementation capabilities, 9 real time criteria and 17 user- support features.

"Salesforce.com is to be praised for obtaining both 'Enterprise' and 'Small and Medium Business' Top 15 honors, as ISM's software selection process is strenuous and comprehensive," said Goldenberg. "Salesforce.com is a leader in the CRM industry."

The Top 15 selections are featured in ISM's 15th edition of The Guide to CRM Automation and in a Top 15 CD available at (www.ismguide.com).
