Jeremy Cooper is VP marketing Asia Pacific for salesforce.com. He has worked in the IT industry for the past 12 or so years, with a focus in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) space. Jeremy has worked for such businesses as Oracle, Siebel Systems, Computer Associates and has a keen knowledge of the ICT industry and new and emerging trends as his presentation will show.

Ian Gardiner is the Managing Director of Viocorp. He has over five years experience in the content production and distribution space. He is recognized as a pioneer in the internet broadcasting arena. Ian has been at the heart of the internet generation for the last ten years. He was the founding employee of
newsbase.com, a successful news, analysis and business intelligence service from emerging markets. He also founded and ran lastorders.com, an on-line off-license in the UK.
